ONEHealth MOMentum is a research participation app, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease, and deletion or withdrawal requests are not emergency care.
How To Request Deletion Review
- Use the app Settings screen when available or email info@hm-hcp.com.
- The study team will verify the email address, study assignment, and any information needed to protect participants from unauthorized deletion requests.
- The team will identify records that can be deleted, corrected, restricted, de-identified, or retained under approved protocol, consent, IRB requirements, law, or audit obligations.
- When review is complete, the team will confirm the outcome and explain any records that must remain in the study file.
Data That May Be Deleted Or Restricted
- Mobile app account access where deletion is permitted.
- Non-required support records and notification preferences.
- Draft or local app data that has not become part of the required study record.
- Photo originals or uploaded files when protocol, consent, quality review, and retention rules permit deletion or restriction.
Records That May Need To Be Retained
- Signed consent artifacts, consent manifests, audit trails, and withdrawal documentation.
- Study data already used for monitoring, regulatory documentation, analysis, safety review, or de-identified research outputs.
- Records required by law, IRB determination, sponsor obligation, Good Clinical Practice, 21 CFR Part 11-ready audit controls, or 45 CFR 46 human subjects protections.
- Security, backup, and system integrity logs retained under documented retention schedules.
